Don’t take MAST’s word for it. Use the systems.

Anyone can show a slide. Below are the systems themselves — what each one does, and how it was built. Where a build is live on the web, the link is there to click. Under those, the full index of discrete services MAST offers, drawn from real builds — not a wish list.

Different sectors, one delivery shape: problem → agent → scaffold → boundary → result.

Sectors

Security & defence B2B

Three live systems in daily use: a hardware-control console driving real surveillance cameras, a governed sales chatbot, and a unified retrieval-memory ops hub.

EvidenceSilent Sentinel — live camera console (vendor protocol driven directly, the settings that matter read back off the device), live grounded chatbot with an adversarial test harness, live RAG-backed operations hub.

Construction & trades

A live brochure site built from a competitor audit and the owner's own voice for a Newport building firm — local-SEO location pages included.

Jaeger MK4 operator console — thermal and daylight feeds side by side, each with its own focus, contrast and zoom controls, above a stitched panorama the operator can click to slew the camera to a bearing
Camera settings in the console — thermal, daylight and pan/tilt groups, showing the values read back from the device rather than the values last sent to it

The Silent Sentinel camera console: both sensors live side by side, and the settings surface showing the values read back off the camera.

Optimal Lab storefront — live e-commerce build

Optimal Lab

E-commerce

Built the storefront and back-office, then built Pep — an AI assistant the team runs the business through. In plain language they talk to their business and their data: reach out to customers, check orders, run stock-takes, pull pick-sheets and generate reports — every core function driven by natural-language command.

What it meantVirtual 24/7 employees. A lean team runs a full e-commerce business in conversation instead of clicking through software.

Halcyon Clearance

Field services

Built an operation where AI agents run the whole business — quoting, scheduling, financial management, marketing and accounting — on a deterministic core that keeps every job, route and figure correct. The quote flow, driver evidence capture and an AI bookkeeping ledger are live today.

What it meantA business engineered to run itself — the owner freed from the desk to do the work that actually earns.

Precision Physiques — live online coaching platform

Precision Physiques

Coaching

The complete platform for an online coaching business — marketing site, client-accounts app, and the coach console that runs both, where AI drafts each client’s nutrition plan for the coach to review and approve before anything reaches the client. Built and deployed, with data protection designed in from the start.

What it meantA one-person coaching brand with the digital plant of a big operator — ready to onboard, plan and manage every client in one place.

Silent Sentinel pre-sales assistant — a two-week proposal turned into a ten-minute one, and the five steps a tender response passes through before an engineer signs it off. A structural diagram only: it carries no customer names, tender references, pricing or bid content.
Virtual Pre-Sales Engineer
Silent Sentinel · AI assistant

A specialist engineer’s method encoded — a versioned knowledge base and rule set covering range modelling, sensor specification, selection and compliance, now the go-to across a billion-dollar business. Full 100-page proposals and complex compliance analysis — a two-week job turned into a 10-minute one.

What it meant

People stop computing the information and start verifying it. A fortnight’s work, ready before the meeting.

Jaeger MK4 camera operator console — live feed control
SS-CameraUI
Silent Sentinel · C2 platform

A complete command-and-control platform for the Jaeger MK4 thermal and daylight camera system — live dual feeds, the full camera command surface, detection ranking, per-frame image analytics and enhancement, mapping and range estimation, evidence handling and hardware diagnostics. An AI layer sits across all of it: around fifty tools wired to the controls, so the camera takes plain-language commands and can run an autonomous watch.

What it meant

A separate build from the pre-sales assistant, and a far bigger one — one screen where a single operator commands the hardware, reads the scene and keeps the evidence.

Baby Crafts AI personalisation engine — a name typed and the preview generated onto the product
Baby Crafts
Retail · D2C

An AI personalisation engine and a full web-studio — turning a single product range into personalised products and marketing generated at scale.

What it meant

One product range now generates its own personalised previews and marketing imagery on demand — the kind of made-to-order studio work a big brand would staff a team for, running for a small one instead.

Olivers florist product page — Shopify to owned-infrastructure rebuild
Olivers
E-commerce

A ground-up store rebuild — catalogue, bookings, weddings and workshops — with an AI-assisted operations layer driving product and content changes end to end.

What it meant

A small team runs the whole shop — catalogue, bookings and content — without a developer on hand, and can take on more without buying new software.

A field-services app built and installed on a real iPhone, wired to the client’s live backend — job status, GPS-tagged photo evidence and an offline-safe upload queue.

Operator Console — web console driving multiple live AI coding sessions
Operator Console
AI orchestration

A web console that runs and watches several live Claude and Codex coding sessions at once, from one browser tab — each session in its own resizable terminal window, with its own status and shared task list. The desktop half of the same product as the Operator Console iPhone app above, built for where the work actually happens.

What it meant

One screen commands a whole shift of AI agents instead of switching between terminal windows — with the same console reachable from a phone when the desk isn’t.

DMS — searchable, filterable library of the artifacts the active projects produce
DMS
Knowledge management

A content-addressed library the finished output lands in — renders, PDFs, reports, mockups — full-text searchable, version-controlled with rollback, and tagged with where each file came from. Over 23,600 artifacts across 35,700 versions are stored and searchable today, in daily use on the projects that are actively building.

What it meant

Nothing gets lost in a folder nobody remembers, and any past deliverable is one search away — document-control discipline, running for a one-person operation.

WhatsApp Bridge — reading and searching open to the AI, every send gated behind an explicit go, with the per-number rate limits
WhatsApp Bridge
Messaging infrastructure

Links Matt's own WhatsApp numbers as a tool an AI assistant can read, search and send from — several numbers at once, each with its own send limits so no one account is overused. Every send needs an explicit recipient, explicit text and an explicit go; nothing goes out on the AI's own initiative.

What it meant

WhatsApp becomes a channel an AI assistant can actually use, inside the same guardrails a person would follow — read and reply freely, but a send is always a confirmed decision, never an autopilot one.

Social Studio
Marketing automation

A social-media engine that drafts posts across brands, waits for the operator to approve them, then publishes to Meta at the scheduled time. The AI proposes and schedules; nothing reaches a real audience unapproved.

What it meant

A marketing content pipeline without a marketing team — approve a batch once, and the posting itself runs unattended.

Jarvis Whisper — the dictation overlay, ready for push-to-talk
Jarvis Whisper
Voice interface

A Windows dictation overlay — push-to-talk and hands-free voice typing anywhere on the desktop — built on a speech-to-text pipeline that was benchmarked against real captures and tuned on the results, not picked on reputation.

What it meant

Talking replaces typing for daily work, on a pipeline chosen because it measurably performed best.
