Agents, and the scaffolding that lets them do real work.
PRISM is the platform MAST’s agents run on: a HUB for the client, a console for the operator, and the contracts and guardrails that keep agents on the job.
One for the client, one for the operator.
Six layers, in plain English.
- 01
HUB
The client’s front door
Chat with your assistant and see where each job is: received, working, needs you, done. Answer its questions and mark up its documents beside the chat. Upload the knowledge it works from.
- 02
Console
The operator’s mission control
Agents grouped by client, a needs-attention tab that says why, the runs and receipts, each agent’s memory and proposals, and the tools to set up a new client or agent.
- 03
Registry
One switchboard
Which client, which agent, what it may read and what is switched on. One place, changed only on purpose.
- 04
Runtime
The supervisor
Picks up each job, starts the agent, holds it to its time and turn limits and to its contract where it has one, then delivers the reply.
- 05
Agent home
Each agent’s own space
The agent’s rules, skills, memory and working files. It writes only inside its own space.
- 06
Contract
Strict edges, free middle
Sets what goes in and what must come out, checked before an answer counts. A miss gets one repair turn, then a set fallback: deliver with the gaps shown, hand it to a person, or stop.
A Team Lead above the agents
A manager for a client’s agents. It checks in every 30 minutes, is the only writer of the client’s shared knowledge, proposes improvements with the evidence, and escalates what it cannot decide. Where daily review is on, it also reviews performance each day.
It never sends, pauses or switches on anything.
Built into the platform itself
- Nothing goes out except through the agent’s declared output.
- A hash-chained audit trail of every action.
- Pause per client, and one stop for the whole estate.
- One client per workspace. Data stays with its client.
- An agent may only propose changes to its own memory and skills, and each change is replay-tested against its last three real jobs.
PRISM is the scaffolding. The first agent is the job your team repeats. Half an hour is enough to find it.
No commitment and no fixed quote until it is scoped. If we go further, you own what we build.
