Kingsley Build Group

Construction · agents on PRISM

A Newport contractor that runs tender drafting, timesheets and site paperwork through agents on PRISM, with its own HUB as the front door.

The shape of the client HUB. Illustration with sample data. No Kingsley material is shown.
Build 01

The HUB

Live

One place to talk to the agents, track each job and review their drafts.

The challenge

Tenders, timesheets, method statements and risk assessments each run to their own deadline.

What was built, and why it was built that way

Live since September 2026. The office chats with its assistant, tracks each job from received to working to needs you to done, answers the agents' open questions, and marks up drafts beside the chat.

Each agent has its own home and a contract the host checks before an answer counts. A Team Lead reviews them daily and proposes improvements with the evidence cited. It never sends, pauses or switches on anything itself.

What it meant

One front door in place of a tool per job.

Build 02

Tender Writer

Live

Drafts evidenced answers to a tender pack, question by question, with citations.

The challenge

A tender response is contractual. Each claim needs the company's own evidence behind it.

What was built, and why it was built that way

It drafts each answer from Kingsley's own material with the source cited, and sends a question to a person when a fact is missing. Corrections go into a bank it learns from.

It submits only when a person presses Submit, and that button is switched off today.

What it meant

Drafting real tenders today, benchmarked against Kingsley's own past submissions.

Build 03

Timesheets, site paperwork and tender notices

Live

Two agents switched on, plus a live feed of tender notices.

The challenge

Hours claimed must match hours evidenced before payroll. Site paperwork follows the office's own templates. New tenders have to be found before anyone can bid.

What was built, and why it was built that way

The Timesheet Analyst builds timesheets from time-clock exports plus GPS and vehicle-trip evidence, and flags what a person must sign off. It writes nothing back and issues no payroll instruction. Scheduled for weekday mornings.

RAMS & Project Management Files drafts method statements and risk assessments in the office's templates for a person to issue. Proven on a real master document in a development walk.

The notices feed pulls public tender notices each weekday morning, with no AI call.

What it meant

The Timesheet Analyst and RAMS & Project Management Files are switched on; their first real use is not yet on record. The notices feed is live.

Build 04

Finance Director

Live

Built and not yet switched on.

The challenge

Where did the money go over the last six months? Built to answer that without a spreadsheet session.

What was built, and why it was built that way

It explains a six-month look-back of hours, orders, expenses and quotes. The system computes the numbers; the agent explains them. Internal only.

What it meant

Built and not yet switched on.
